Refund Window
If you are unsatisfied with your Pholio Publisher subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at saas@aaservent.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
What Happens After a Refund
After a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free tier. Your projects and data will be retained — you will not lose your work.
Pro-Rata Refunds
Pro-rata refunds for unused time on a subscription are not offered as standard policy but may be granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. Contact us to discuss.
EU/EEA Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you have used the service during this period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service used up to the point of withdrawal.
