How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pholio Publisher subscription at any time through your Account Settings page or through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard. No phone call or email required.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel a paid subscription, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

Your projects, manuscripts, and uploaded files are retained regardless of your subscription tier. Cancellation does not delete your data or your account.

Resubscribing

If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you can do so from your Account Settings page. Your existing projects and data will still be there.

Deleting Your Account

If you want to delete your account entirely (not just cancel your subscription), you can do so from your Account Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data per our Privacy Policy.
